The Old Bathroom
It's time for a face lift
Day1 and 2 - Gutting the room
The garbage bin arrives, the room is stripped bare and the concrete floor is hammered away. The team vacuums the area and leaves the house clean and tidy.
Day 3 - Plumbing
Moving the toilet and starting the wiring and plumbing for the in-floor heating
Day 4 - Power and Boiler Connections
The 2nd floor bathroom is connected to the basement boiler (in-floor heating) and eletrical panel
Day 5 - In-Floor Heating Cabling & Drywall
The sub-floor is down, the drywall is started, the in-floor heating cables are put in position awaiting the concrete
Day 6 - Concrete Floor
We let it dry over the weekend.
Day 7 - Finish the drywall
We are now ready for the tiles.
Day 8 - The Tiles
We are beginning to see the finished room.
Day 9 - The Painting
Day 10 - Coming together
Day 11 - The Finished Bathroom
